Metallographic Examination

① Observe the microstructure morphology of the material and verify the type of metal material structure;
② Rate characteristic items such as inclusions, grain size, and decarburization according to national standards;
③ Summarize and analyze the results based on the requirements of failure causes, process optimization, etc., and provide a report.

Determine the mechanical properties of materials through experiments.
① Determine the hardness (Vickers hardness, Rockwell hardness, Brinell hardness, etc.) and tensile properties (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation after fracture, Young's modulus, Poisson's ratio, etc.) of materials according to national standards;
② Design and develop specialized testing equipment for simulating working conditions or testing other properties of materials (such as impact fatigue performance, bending fatigue performance, etc.).
